The Beach Shop has one job: make sure nobody in Santa Monica ever ends up on the sand without a bucket, a spade or an ice cream.
Made for Santa Monica beach days
You'll find us at 1350 Ocean Front Walk in Santa Monica, right where the Ocean Front Walk meets two miles of golden sand. It's the kind of spot where holidays get made: deckchairs, dogs, kites, and a queue for Mr Whippy stretching down the pavement on a hot afternoon.
Inside, every shelf is stacked with the good stuff — sand toys and crabbing nets, inflatables and water shoes, magnets and keyrings for the fridge back home, and jars of sweets, rock and fudge that keep grandparents just as happy as grandchildren.
Then there's the ice cream counter: 25 flavours of local California farm cream ice cream, classic Mr Whippy and a wall of ice lollies and slush drinks for when the sun really turns it on.
